This is my first (human) figure. Yellow cake with whipped ganache filling and iced in buttercream. I think it would have looked a lot better, but I used Wilton's white-white to brighten up the buttercream and it changed the consistency. Figure and misc item made from modeling chocolate. I'm happy with my guy. I LOVE my fish, though!!
This is so good. We are heading to go ice fishing this weekend and I wish I had this with me. :-)
